I think it's possible to organize tournaments with many types of chess, like H.O.R.S.E. or 8-game mix poker.
Some players wouldn't like to play 3+0 blitz of standard chess only.

3 hours bullet,
2 hours antichess,
2 hours 960,
2 hours atomic,
3 hours superblitz,
2 hours 3check,
1 hour horde,
3 hours bullet,
2 hours koth,
4 hours superblitz
I want an Arcade marathon. Random variant every game!
8 types of chess.
bullet, blitz, classical, 960, king of the hill, atomic, horde, three-check.
