Recommend me a book.

Can anyone help me find where to download "Chess the Easy Way" by Reuben Fine? I signed up on http://immortalchess.net/, as supposedly that's the only place on the net to get it, but I still can't access their forum.

I'm 1420, have played on/off for a few years. Read "An Amateur's Mind", which I thought improved my understanding of the game. I've done some training on chesstempo--1200 rating tactics. (Problems Done: 235 (Correct: 162 Failed: 73)
Percentage correct: 68.94%)

I thought I'd continue studying with Silman's "Reassess your Chess", but what are your thoughts. I was reading on chess.com, and was persuaded by some master to ignore Silman's books and instead read the following in order (at my level):

Chess the Easy Way, by Reuben Fine
Judgment and Planning in Chess, by Euwe (as mentioned by xAsnl)
Simple Chess, by Michael Stean
The Middle Game in Chess, by Reuben Fine
I can recommend you a book I am in the middle of writing but it has taken a massively horrible turn :(
Personally, I don't like this book. I can recomend you My System or The Practice of my System both by Nimzowitsch. Those are goods book. Or a full course if you are advanced in chess. There are a lot around internet. Put the title in Google and you will find easily to download or view online.
I agree with Kmm123.

My System and Chess Praxis will do wonders for your chess.

The only thing I can add is to make sure you buy the Quality Chess version as it is the most clearest to read. 21st Centry version is a struggle to understand the translation.

If you can afford only one, My System is better than Chess Praxis.

I really think that you should continue reading "How to reassess your chess" (4th edition is the best), it improves your chess understanding a lot.

"Silman's complete endgame course" is also great, I think it's the only endgame book you need until you reach 2200.

For the opening you could begin with "FCO - Fundamental Chess Openings" by Paul van der Sterren.

I don't think that you need to read Fine's book if you already read "The amateur's mind".

When i started to play chess, one of the books that i had read was "Game Position"- Erich Eliskases and it helped me a lot (my rating today is 2176)! I recommend you read this book!! I jumped fast for a guy with 1900 of rating... But if you only want to get better on blitz games in the internet i recommend you read a simple book of openings and practice a lot of tactics... Send me a message with your email and i will send you the book...
You should study by stages, do not try to get better too fast because it's not gonna happen
