Announcing the Personal Opening Explorer

Great update - it helps a lot to figure out against which openings someone has issues - realized i got a 0:5 in rapid/classical against the scandi. Should work on that.

Lichess isn't a business. Having the most users or the most money is not the goal of Lichess. You're free to build your website that way, but we're trying to offer an alternative.
Awesome Lichess,

I've asked for your advanced search option back (which this really does replace) for years after it went away about four or five years ago. I gave up asking after two or three years on no response.

First you came out with Chess Insights , which you said was better, it isn't. It doesn't really do the same things but the biggest problem with it is that it only considers games that you've analyzed. It's not easy to do that for every game, unless you only play one game a day which is not most of us.

Then came Opening Tree, the download of games was not easy, slow, and never up to date. It also never let you just look at your games, big drawback. (Although maybe I just didn't know how to use it correctly, but ease of use is a big thing.)

Anyway, I looked quickly at this and it looks good, thank you. I loo forward to many hours of number crunching!

Yea... Yea...Did we play?
An excellent addition. Will there ever be an option to search games by the ECO opening in your Advanced Search Tool?
