"lost" a correspondence game on time

I just "lost" this game on time. But it hasn't nearly been seven days since my opponent made a move. What is going wrong here?

Also, all the pieces are now in completely mental places ok this summary (my phone doesn't load analysis boards, so can't confirm the same for there too). This suggests to me some kind of technical error, right?
