Using Stockfish to solve Peasants' Revolt Chess

I'm talking about the original four knights variant first.
Here is the PGN:
1nn1knn1/4p3/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/4K3 w - - 0 1

Maybe we should try to work on this? How?

I believe that black wins. I use Stockfish and manually decide when to stop analysis and make some moves. Here is the result:

1. f3 Nf6 2. d3 Nc6 3. Kd2 Nb6 4. c3 Kd7 5. b4 Kd6 6. a3 Na4 7. e4 Nh5 8. d4 Nb6 9. g3 Nc4+ 10. Kc2 Nxa3+ 11. Kb3 Nb5 12. Kc4 Nbxd4 13. cxd4 e5 14. d5 Nd4 15. f4 Nf3 16. fxe5+ Kxe5 17. Kb5 Nf6 18. Kc6 Nxe4 19. d6 Nd4+ 20. Kc7 Nxd6 21. h4 N6f5 22. b5 Nxb5+ 23. Kc6 Nbd6 24. Kc5 Nxg3 25. Kb4 Kd4 26. h5 Nxh5 27. Kb3 Ne6 28. Kb2 Kd3 29. Kb3 Nhf4 30. Ka3 Nd5 31. Ka4 Nd4 32. Ka3 Kc2 33. Ka4 Nb3 34. Ka3 Nc5 35. Ka2 Nc4 36. Ka1 Nb3+ 37. Ka2 Nc3# 0-1

Then there is a modern three knights version which I also believe is likely to be black win.
But let's work on the four knights version first..
It may help to install 5-man (or 6-man) Syzygybases so Stockfish doesn't have to work as hard.

Looking at the start position, Black has a 5-point material advantage (4*3 + 1 versus 8). I'd be surprised if the original variant isn't a forced win for Black.
From what I've seen, computers sometimes find themselves lost in funky chess-variant positions. But it's certainly worth a try.
I don't know how much tablebases should help. If Black retains 3 knights, it's a win, while typically going down to 2 knights vs a pawn (or two) is not the way to go. Instead, Black has to play to attack White's king more directly with the knights, rather than pick off the pawns.
Stockfish seems to trade the pawn and a knight off. But the end result is seriously black win.

I have thought about tablebases before. These have to be specialized (i.e. KNNN vs kpp, etc are important, KQP vs kqp is not) On the other hand, in normal chess KNNN is very unlikely to happen.
You can laugh at my 1st attempt to beat Stockfish in this game.

I blunder a full game in the end.

But this variant is definitely easy win for black. I think you can even remove black pawn, to have it more equal.
