How to ask for a second account

Hi everyone,

I would like to use another account to play a different opening reportiore as white. Since I still want to play my current one and I am pretty sure that my performance is worse with a new opening reportiore and I want to avoid rating ping pong I would like to use another account.

I already wrote an email to Lichess and also wrote a message to a mod, but unfortunately I didnt get a response.

Is there any way to ask for a second account?

My understanding is as long as you don't use the second account to cheat (sandbagging, etc.) then they don't care.

@QEDemonstrandum Agree with @CrawdadsRevenge. Also, you can play casual games to avoid losing rating points.

The problem with casual games is, that I want to play vs opponents of equal strength, therefor I need to know at which strength I play. It would be nice if I can get a reaction from a Mod or someone who can speak for Lichess.

If you don't have a bad history, feel free to create another account to try new openings.
