What is your opinion about having many or few followers in lichess

Help me to have a right understanding of a chessplayer
If a lot of people are following You, it's a sign of respect for You
that u cant follow them
I follow 55 because I like to be friendly
but in practice I follow one or two at most
because chess is an individual game and u really cant follow
so many games
so is more like a friendly matter and maybe playing sometimes a game
I think It is better to recognize that maybe u can follow 5 or 10 but noone is gonna follow 100 or 200 people
but now I have only 3 people connected so It really is not much 55, so You can follow plenty of people because online
there will be a small percentage of all of them
now it depence if u like to play with known people,
I play anonymously a lot but logged in, cause annonymous games tend to be easier and I prefer to relax
but It is probably good to play the same people over and over, It would feel like a match, u get inside their chess and viceversa, thats probably interesting.
after all some of the best games are kasparov karpov
and Im sure each game will make more sense in the whole collection of games.
Sorry u asked about followers not following, thats a different matter, It is an inverse function basically,
so You are not the subject but the object that is that u basically dont care, It is irrelevant for ur game that u are followed by 10 or a 100, now the contrary is false because if u follow chess players, u see new ideas, specially not lichess players but players like chessgames.com
to follow someone is to learn and to be followed, virtually is nothing unless u follow them as well, because in reality a relationship is dual, receptor emisor constantly but virtually
It can be more like an spectacle that is the case of lichess TV
where the players are followed.
My two cent.
I think It is good specially if u find people that match ur taste
like three check, 960 or an opening so.
As beginning chess player and making msitakes (take back: mistakes).
I like to follow players who are helpfully and friendly with my chess games. This way we can play games and start interesting discussions about improving with chess. Also, I find it is rare to find friendly and helpful players not only with chess but in general so I tend to appreciate such findings of persons on the internet, hence following them is nice and a sign of appreciation towards them for being patient with my chess games.
Thank you all of you for showing appreciation about my question...so some care about this to others not : )
