ELO

Well, i played a game with MissBlue who was being helped by computer and lost some elo. Shouldn't i get this elo back?
No.

Your rating is an embedded part of the system, it can't just be undone. Maybe one day the ratings of all players will be recalculated with cheaters removed from the system, but the last time that happened lichess went down for a whole day.

With the upcoming profile page redesign, it might be necessary for ratings to be recalculated, but I wouldn't be the one to ask.

Also, it's only 4 points that you lost. The system is designed so that it's easy for your to recover rating points.
Hmm, I thought identified cheaters can't play Rated games...
They can't, but that doesn't mean we can go back in time and stop cheaters from playing rated games before they've been caught.
Oh yeah, of course not :D

But by the way the player registration is handled it's too easy to just recreate a new profile and restart cheating.

Wouldn't it be better if you tie every account to an email address?
Ok, nobody can stop the player from creating a new address to associate to a new account but that's still an added step that will discourage them.
Yea, that's been suggested loads of times, and been considered equally as many. IP bans seem to suffice for now.
Yeah, Thats true. If we had to give an email address, cheaters would be indentified after they logged in by rejoining. Then the no. of cheaters would reduce
I do not see the point. I have millions of potential mail addresses to use. How does that make it more difficult for cheaters?
Well, it's impossible to completely prevent cheaters from signing back up and doing it again, no matter the precautions.

The main point is just to make it as inconvenient as possible, without unduly inconveniencing other members. The more time and steps it takes for a cheater to sign up again, the less likely they are to do it.

The most determined will always find a way, but minimizing the effect is as much as we can hope for :)
