Shouldn't there be another subject where you can ask questions that everyone can view, but ONLY moderators can respond so we don't get any FALSE info.

The forum is a a public forum. There are lots of official FAQs etc. that people can refer to if they want just the facts, ma'am.
Mods are already extremely busy, and as far as I know, they work for FREE, as Lichess is open-source. So this just adds to their workload.
