Emotions

How can you control your anger when you are getting bent over and pounded every single game you play? My anger just starts to ruin all my other games.
LOL get therapy? :D

Or play meeeee - I love playing against angry people and taking all their points away!
Steps to controlling anger while playing chess:

1 - stop playing chess
2 - if you fail at number 1, remember that chess is just a game
3 - if you fail at number 2, take a break
4 - if you fail at number 3, take up drinking

:)
Let me just say that this will be a lifelong skill for you to acquire, you'll find great success in other aspects of your life if you can manage your anger over the board =] Good luck!
If you get so angry about a meaningless online chess game, I suspect chess isn't the only situation in life where you find yourself unable to control yourself. The answer to your question lies in anger management and nothing to do with chess.

From my perspective though there's nothing more fun than beating babies who like to throw temper tantrums and throw around insults when they lose at a meaningless online chess game. I don't know if you're one of those people, but those who are should know that the rest of us are just laughing at them.
I see in your profile though that you are the only member of a one-person Donald Trump fan club though. That's ... special. Maybe find new role models if you're trying to learn to control yourself.
Don't feel bad man, I'm just upset that someone else already beat me at creating a username referencing the exact same thing, and I'm just now realizing it. I guess great minds think alike.
in the context of the modern nowadays world being able to lose (without becoming controlled by emotions) is a very rare skill, but one that i appreciate very much in fellow humans.
