Swiss tournament finished after 3/5 rounds with 6 players.

Not a bug. In a Swiss tournament, each player can only play someone else one time.
If this is not possible, then the tournament ends, because continuing the tournament would violate the rule previously mentioned and it would not be a Swiss tournament anymore.

The pairing could be easily done for the 4. Round:

PA MI SA SP MA PH PN
PA x A 1 1 1 3,0
MI A x 0.5 1 1 2,5
SA 0 0.5 x B 1,5
SP 0 0 x 1 C 1
MA B 0 x 1 1
PH 0 0 C 0 x 0

PA (3,0) vs MI (2,5)
SA (1,5) vs MA (1,0)
SP (1,0) vs PH (0,0)
Patrick played Sabby, Spring, Philippo, so Patrick has to play Micky or Mandinga.

Philippo played Mandinga, Patrick, Micky, so Philippo has to play either Sabby or Spring.

See the issue? If you pair Patrick and Micky together, Mandinga cannot get a game, but if either of them pair with Mandinga, the one that is not paired is unable to play.
Also the case with Sabby, Spring, and Philippo.

@meck1 Sabby already played Mandinga.
@InkyDarkBird: Many thanks for the effort and the quick response. You are absolut right.
I made a big error in my manual pairing. This plattform and this forum is wonderful.
At least on this site the situation is resolved by simply cancelling the remaining round(s) and announcing the winners there and then.

I remember years ago on the ICC the whole tournament would be aborted and treated as if it had never occurred. In those days the tournaments were only semi-automated and there was a very visible human manager dealing with all the issues as they happened. It was pretty stressful if you saw your Swiss tournament under threat of being aborted because of players leaving, and you would definitely get the blame for it from all the angry players if that happened (it was a judgment-call whether to risk starting a Swiss with not very many players or whether to reduce the number of rounds or change the format to one of the other pairing systems where playing the same opponent more than once was allowed).
