Because the queen can take the other queen after the king has taken the bishop.
If you dont understand a solution of a puzzle, analyze it with Stockfish. Usually it will be very obvious after a few moves why the solution works (and why other solutions dont work).

A queen is worth more than a bishop, therefore you can sac the bishop on h7 giving a check which opens a discovery on the opponent's queen on e3.

They do , so that one can learn/practise them in order to implement it in their own games and win with these simple tactics when they are available in the position.

play puzzle storm/ puzzle streak/ puzzle racer, then say whether this makes sense or not
don't play puzzle racer, you can't review afterwards.
Study the basic tactical patterns, either from a book or from youtube videos, will help you understand tactics.
And why do beginners always think the machine is wrong?
Sorry, it was glitching! For me, only the first move was right and then it just said it was correct. It was a good puzzle just glitched
