Can you find the win in this puzzle?

oh, sorry about the repost. ill try to delete the post. thanks
@mCoombes314 In the article it says the win is only by tricking black. The writer clearly didn't know enough about chess to realise it would just confuse people
@jimj12 so is there a win or not? I looked and can't find one, but then again I'm rubbish..... so, I'd like to see some of the submitted solutions, just to clarify.
How can white take the bishops though? as long as the two bishops are on the same diagonal, they protect each other, and there is no way for the king to force the bishops out of this position, because the king can't threaten a capture.
@mCoombes314 White can win if he promotes his pawn, because that would be checkmate. So if black moves his bishops off the diag that covers c7 white wins. White has no way to force this, but it is possible, which is what the writer of the article said. "It is possible for white to win". It is possible, but anyone over the rating of 800 could hold the draw as black.
Oh I see.... I thought the article meant that a win was forced. Spent quite a while trying to find some magic combination that would force black to move one of the bishops off the diagonal.
btw if he eats the bishops it is just a stalemate;)
white can win only if black leaves the diagonal and white's king is close enough to support promoting of a pawn
