Lichess not ending games abandoned by players

Hi,
I'm playing a swiss tournament and it happened that, when playing with black pieces, my opponent didn't make a single move.

Lichess showed the countdown for the first move, and after it reaching zero, it still began the game. So time passes and I need to pay attention to a game that is not being played at all, with the resulting waste of time.

The users are even OFFLINE and I'm not able to claim a victory.

Why is Lichess not cancelling these abandoned games?

Because it is a swiss type tournament. It is supposed to work like that: lichess.org/swiss.

I see; then having a countdown there is misleading.
