Known by many names, Chess960/Fischer Random/Freestyle Chess doesn't require any opening memorization.

Due to this fact, it may require spending time from early in the game. Thus, longer time controls make more sense for this variant of chess compared to normal chess. 10+0, 10+5, 15+10, etc.
