Carlsen-Karjakin Game 8

@justthere

Yes, you said it quoting me: "Vishy had decency". He had and he has. One thing is to be angry and being sarcastic -this also can be found in many strong GMs- but on the other hand, leaving the press conference due a clear loose.

Yes, indeed. Interviews are ridiculous once Magnus Carlsen loose a game and establishes S. Karjakin -by the time being- as winner.

Childish behaviour for a WCC; so, it'd be interesting to see Karjakin as WCC, at least, he is a gentleman even when "he's at the foot of the canyon" or played terrible chess.

Moreover, you're trying to head off the conversation with appointment fallacies like "now i see how you place your opinions", which is very interesting to underline, because your chess skills are low, poor and despite everything, you think you have the authority to show everyone -even to a GM, like me- how Magnus is, how "history legends" are..., and other irrelevant and idealistics thoughts about chess, when chess is a game and a science purely objective.

"its obviously a REALITY SHOW" this shows me you are a young enough and you do not have minimum knowledge about chess history. A press conference, an interview or even an analysis usually was shared by the aspirant and the champion for a long time, so it remained at the same time chess was growing. The above shows "the nearest face" of two of the strongest chess player in a determined time.

Firstly, I recommend you to learn how to avoid a checkmate before talking superior things to you:

@ Zahier

So Zahier decides to pull rank and bully "justhere" and then searches out a game where "justhere" lost just to ridicule him.

Zahier your behaviour is poor.

Carlson is under huge pressure and didn't cope too well with losing. Being the emotional person that he is, he might have been too upset.

I would excuse Carlson given the circumstances but such poor behaviour as displayed by you under no pressure is inexcusable.
Zahier, I will try to say that in a respectful way, but I don't think the way you adress people here is the most proper way. Honestly, I don't really care you are a GM and nobody here cares. Every opinion here should be respected. This is a forum, not a chess board, and even there (and especially there, actually) we should be respectful.
@phlegm and @gabrr82

I still saying that chess is objective not idealistic as so many people wanted to show.

Indeed this is a forum, a chess forum to talk about chess things with supposed chess players without forgetting chess is AN OBJECTIVE GAME.

In a chess board you demostrate your chess, no one talks and some minds defeat others; some people are strong and get their titles, and other ones weaker. The main difference among chess lovers weak players and weak players -in general- is that the first ones want to learn while the seconds just talk like they were -literally- better than engine.

@gabrr82 Well, I am a GM, like you are an amateur chess player, it is a fact. Maybe you do not care, but it is what it is and it is about OBJECTIVE chess skills in a board.

I do not think so my behaviour is wrong, because I am talking about objective things, like chess, ratings and games. If you do not like them, you can deny it all you want. You can cry, you can be sad because you will never be better or smile because you enjoy chess with your skills, but what is, is. and what is not, is not. If you all felt offender, I am the first one to give excuses; but I did not say a lie, and if I did, just correct me, because like Magnus Carlsen, I am human, ergo, imperfect.
@ Zahier

There was nothing OBJECTIVE about your treatment of "justhere"

It was a contrived and malicious attempt to belittle him.

So why not apologise instead of making excuses.
@justthere @gabrr82 ,
I think you are confused regarding the importance of losing in a game of chess. It is possible that to you it is only a small matter, because you are used to losing many games regularly.

But to strong players, losing is a very serious matter. What was lost? Your King, he is dead (checkmated). It is like you have lost a person who was dear to you, because you were unable to protect him/her. BTW, you know it was your fault, because that is chess: you can't lose if you haven't made a mistake.

Naturally, you should be allowed to mourn for your loss, other people should respect this and leave you alone if you wish so after the lost game. Just like if you were attending a funeral.

This is not what happened yesterday. A stupid rule made Carlsen attend a Press Conference, and he sat there for two minutes, fully aware of the sort of completely stupid questions some ignorant journalists were about to ask him (he was there the previous days, and the questions were also stupid then). So he left, as he had every right to.

Summing up, ignorant patzers: Not all opinions are the same. You do not get to tell a World Champion (or a grandmaster like Zahier) how to feel or how to act. Your comments are outrageous and disrespectful towards players infinitely stronger than yourselves.
@ cheapTricks

" infinitely"

The fact that they have a measureable rating proves that they are "finite"

No one has the right to ridicule and bully others as Kahier just did.

"Ignorant patzers" Your arrogance is a sign of true ignorance.
