Tabs on the bottom(below navigation bar) are good- fortunately I have no problem there they already are on my screen. I did find something interesting though- addons that will put the tabs in the title bar that's wasting all that space
http://prntscr.com/2gy6qx . There are also addons that will put the navigation bar in the title bar too. That gives me a couple nice options, thanks to the inspiration you gave me :)
I should say however that even doing this I still would rather not have a constant chat bar going across the whole width of the screen. It will be much better if as you said the middle part of the chatbar is removed/able because then the board could be enlarged a little bit bigger which is always nice :)
If you guys want me to beta test any changes to see how things work as an example of a someone using your site with a short vertical screen resolution, or any further issues feel free to hit me up.

Is it possibile to use old chat interface? Maybe for younger the new is good, but for olders and people have tiny screens would be better to use an old interface. If user can switch between to of them it would be well. I stopped to talk, my screen isn't big enough.

If so, you may not know my opinion and don't read below.
But
You've made a decision of chat changing.
It's not bad. It's a step forward. It's realized.
Now you can calculate quantity of chat and compare to previous results. Even simply "Hi! from? Thank you" is a dialogue. As for me it is the way to be human. Is the new chat interesting for you? Do you personally read it? As programmer you can calculate the balance (now/previous) and you get the answer. But, been sophisticated you must see forward and must made your steps without any complaint, very solid and prognostically.
Or am I not right?

I think that the new form is cool, but the thing is that sometimes I like to have a friendly game with a friend and have a chat going on about the game, but also play and see the board while I chat. ... I don't know. I guess that it is not my decision to make or time to spend doing that work, but I really do love this website... it's awesome. Thanks for all the work put into it!!!! :)
Is it possible to have the chat on the left/right side of the board. That would be a nice feature especially on wide screens (16:9 or wider) and save about 1/20th of vertical space in the browser.
Currently it's heigher than my Taskbar below it...
