O created a tournament some time ago and though I did not use it, I think there was an option "from position". Today I wanted to create an Atom tournament from position 1.e4 to prevent the line Nf3e3, but I did not find the option "from position". Have things been changed?
Variant tournaments have never supported another initial position than the default starting position.

No unofficial tournaments currently appear in the lobby - I've yet to figure out if that's intentional or accidental. All I know is that a lot of code rewrites for the user interface have been done.
Yes, that's normal. When there's only one player left in an unofficial tournament, it ends immediately.
I am pretty sure unoffical tournaments used to appear in the lobby no later than yesterday...
Yes, it's an effect of the very recent UI code rewrites. As I said, I'm not sure yet whether the removal was intentional or not.
