Chess teams without team matches are simply chat rooms.
Not that other features are not important.

More "trainers"? Endgame trainer? Opening trainer? Are you sure people really (really) use that? I don't think these tools are very useful... I suspect advanced players don't use them. Novice players perhaps think they are useful, though.

I would like to improve the (very neglected) social side of this site (from your list, chat and user blogging). Team matches also are nice. And I would love to have round-robin tournaments.

Also, too many of us don't play OTB or club tours,
so we missed tournaments with longer than 7 +2 (Blitz) time control.

thx @Linnemann ! #15. i would love to see blogging implemented becuz i use the rly old version of chess.com, and im so used to it i dont wanna switch. the old chess.com is impossible to write good blogs on, and lichess having it would mean that i might actually start writing stuff and posting games :)

The best solution: Do everything.

Hmmm... my to 3 are blogging,team games and chats. A chat system would attract more social players and would be great in the 21st century, team tournaments would be exciting as you could play against other teams and where everything doesn't always depend on one player. There would be more heat in these tournaments and chats would be on fire. Blogging would also be a nice addition in the 21st century and we could learn more from each other and have chess stuff to read instead of the weekly lichens blog. I haven't voted yet I'll see how everything turns out first.

Auto spell check is also 21st century but it sucks I had to edit so much lol
